300 g ground turkey
2 cups cooked rice
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 carrot, diced (optional)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp paprika or cumin (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook rice and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  3. Sauté onion until soft.
  4. Add garlic and cook briefly.
  5. Cook ground turkey until browned.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and spices.
  7. Add vegetables and cook lightly.
  8. Stir in soy sauce.
  9. Add cooked rice and mix well.
  10. Heat through and serve.

Use day-old rice for best texture. Adjust seasoning to taste. Add extra vegetables for more nutrition.
