Tuna Melt Wrap is a warm tortilla filled with creamy tuna, melted cheese, and light seasoning, then toasted until golden and crisp.

Ingredients

2 cans tuna, drained
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 large flour tortillas
1/4 cup celery, chopped (optional)
2 tablespoons red onion, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • Mix tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in optional vegetables.
  • Place filling on tortilla and add cheese.
  • Roll tightly into wrap.
  • Toast in skillet until golden on both sides.
  • Slice and serve warm.
