A family-favorite comfort food with seasoned ground beef, creamy sauce, melty cheese, and crispy tater tots — baked to golden perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

  • ½ cup milk

  • 1½ cups frozen mixed vegetables (optional)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.

  • In a skillet, brown beef with onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Stir in soup, milk, and vegetables. Simmer 2–3 minutes.

  • Spread beef mixture in baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.

  • Top with frozen tater tots in a single layer.

  • Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes until bubbly and tots are golden.

  • Let rest 5 minutes. Serve warm.
