Healthy One Pot Broccoli Mac & Cheese is a creamy, comforting pasta dish made with broccoli, cheese, and pasta cooked together in one pot for an easy balanced meal.

Ingredients

12 oz pasta
4 cups broth
2 cups broccoli
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
1/3 cup Parmesan
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp mustard powder

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a large pot.
  2. Add broth and bring to boil.
  3. Cook pasta in the liquid.
  4. Add broccoli halfway through.
  5. Stir until pasta is tender.
  6. Add milk and seasonings.
  7. Mix in cheeses until melted.
  8. Serve warm.
