2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1 1/2 cups thick barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Lightly grease slow cooker and season chicken with salt and pepper.
Mix barbecue sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
Place chicken in slow cooker and pour sauce over top.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
