This yogurt marinated chicken is ultra-juicy and packed with flavor thanks to a spiced, tangy yogurt marinade. Ideal for grilling, baking, or pan-searing.

Ingredients

  • 23 lbs chicken (thighs, drumsticks, or breasts)

  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp ground cumin

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • Optional: ½ tsp cayenne or chili flakes

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and spices.

  • Add chicken and coat evenly. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  • Bring chicken to room temp for 20 minutes before cooking.

  • Grill, bake at 425°F, or pan-sear until internal temp reaches 165°F.

  • Rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
