A rich and creamy tomato garlic pasta made in under 30 minutes. Perfect for quick dinners, this dish combines garlic, crushed tomatoes, and cream for a velvety, flavor-packed meal.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (spaghetti, linguine, or penne)

  • 45 cloves garlic, sliced or minced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes

  • 3/4 cup heavy cream

  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Fresh herbs for garnish

  • Reserved pasta water, as needed

Instructions

  • Cook pasta until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain.

  • Heat oil and butter in a skillet. Sauté garlic until golden.

  • Add crushed tomatoes, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer 8–10 minutes.

  • Stir in cream and Parmesan. Simmer until smooth and creamy.

  • Toss in cooked pasta. Add pasta water as needed to loosen sauce.

  • Serve hot with herbs and more Parmesan.
