23 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 (12 oz) jar chicken gravy
1½ cups buttermilk
2 cups biscuit mix
½ cup melted butter
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • Spread shredded chicken across the bottom of the dish.

  • Layer frozen vegetables over the chicken.

  • Pour gravy over the vegetables without stirring.

  • Mix biscuit mix and buttermilk until just combined.

  • Pour batter evenly over the top layer.

  • Drizzle melted butter over the batter.

  • Bake uncovered for 45–50 minutes, until golden and bubbling.
