1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 tbsp oil
4 large flour tortillas
2 cups shredded cabbage or slaw mix
1 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
1 tsp lime juice
Salt to taste
1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
2 green onions, sliced
Optional: avocado, sriracha mayo, pickled veggies
Cut chicken into strips and season with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a skillet and cook chicken until browned and cooked through, 6–7 minutes.
Add teriyaki sauce and simmer until thick, about 3 minutes.
Warm tortillas until soft.
