A bold, flavorful fusion of classic garlic bread topped with spicy tandoori chicken, melted cheese, and aromatic garlic butter. Perfect for sharing or solo indulgence.

  • 1 French baguette or garlic loaf

  • 300g boneless chicken breast or thigh, cubed

  • 1 cup yogurt

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • ½ tsp garam masala

  • ½ tsp turmeric

  • Salt to taste

  • 3 tbsp butter (softened)

  • 34 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella

  • Optional: sliced onions, bell peppers

Instructions

  • Mix yogurt, lemon juice, spices, and salt in a bowl. Add chicken and marinate for 30 min or overnight.

  • Cook chicken in a hot skillet until golden and cooked through. Set aside.

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Slice bread and place cut side up on a tray.

  • Mix butter, garlic, and coriander. Spread over bread.

  • Add chicken and toppings. Cover with cheese.

  • Bake 12–15 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Slice and serve warm.
