A bold, flavorful fusion of classic garlic bread topped with spicy tandoori chicken, melted cheese, and aromatic garlic butter. Perfect for sharing or solo indulgence.
1 French baguette or garlic loaf
300g boneless chicken breast or thigh, cubed
1 cup yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp garam masala
½ tsp turmeric
Salt to taste
3 tbsp butter (softened)
3–4 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp chopped coriander
1½–2 cups shredded mozzarella
Optional: sliced onions, bell peppers
Mix yogurt, lemon juice, spices, and salt in a bowl. Add chicken and marinate for 30 min or overnight.
Cook chicken in a hot skillet until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Slice bread and place cut side up on a tray.
Mix butter, garlic, and coriander. Spread over bread.
Add chicken and toppings. Cover with cheese.
Bake 12–15 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Slice and serve warm.
