A quick and flavorful noodle stir-fry with tender beef, vibrant vegetables, and a sticky soy-garlic sauce. Perfect for weeknights or meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank or sirloin steak, thinly sliced

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp cornstarch

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 8 oz noodles (egg, rice, or ramen)

  • 1 tbsp neutral oil (canola or avocado)

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 carrot, shredded

  • 2 green onions, sliced

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)

  • Sticky Sauce:

    • 2 tbsp soy sauce

    • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce (optional)

    • 1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce

    • 2 tbsp brown sugar or honey

    • 2 tbsp water

    • 2 cloves garlic, minced

    • 1 tsp grated ginger

    • 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  • Marinate sliced beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Set aside.

  • Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse.

  • Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

  • In a hot skillet, cook beef until browned and caramelized. Remove from pan.

  • Stir-fry vegetables in the same pan for 2–3 minutes.

  • Add noodles, beef, and sauce. Toss well and cook until sauce thickens and coats evenly.

  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot
