2–4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless, ¾–1 inch thick)
2 tbsp olive oil
2–3 tbsp butter
3–4 garlic cloves, smashed
2–3 sprigs fresh rosemary
Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
Pat pork chops dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear pork chops for 3–5 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through (140–145°F internal temp).
Reduce heat to medium-low. Add butter, rosemary, and garlic.
