A one pot creamy garlic pasta that comes together quickly with rich flavor and silky texture. Made in under 30 minutes, this dish is perfect for weeknights or cozy nights in.
8 oz spaghetti or similar pasta
6–8 garlic cloves, sliced or minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
2½ cups low-sodium broth (chicken or vegetable)
1 cup heavy cream
¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan
Salt and pepper to taste
Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Chopped parsley or basil for garnish
Heat olive oil and butter in a large pot over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook 1–2 minutes until just golden and fragrant.
Pour in broth and cream; stir and bring to a simmer.
Add uncooked pasta and stir to separate. Cover and cook 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat and stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth.
Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
Top with fresh herbs and serve hot.
