Traditional Turkish flatbread made with only 3 ingredients — flour, yogurt, and baking powder. No kneading or oven required. Soft, fluffy, and pan-cooked to golden perfection.

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • (Optional: ¼ tsp salt)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and yogurt until a soft dough forms.

  • Rest dough for 20–30 minutes, covered.

  • Divide into 6 pieces. Roll each into a 6–7 inch round, ¼ inch thick.

  • Heat a dry skillet over medium heat. Cook each round 1–2 minutes per side until golden and puffed.

  • Brush with butter or olive oil if desired. Serve warm.
