A soft, pillowy Turkish flatbread made with just 3 ingredients — no yeast, no kneading, and no oven required. Cooked on the stovetop in minutes!
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup plain yogurt (plus more as needed)
1½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt (optional but recommended)
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add yogurt and stir until a soft dough forms.
Rest dough for 15–20 minutes.
Divide into 4–6 pieces and roll into ¼-inch thick rounds.
Heat a skillet over medium. Cook each round for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and puffed.
Brush with butter or oil if desired. Serve warm.
