  • 1 cup plain yogurt (plus more as needed)

  • 1½ tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp salt (optional but recommended)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.

  • Add yogurt and stir until a soft dough forms.

  • Rest dough for 15–20 minutes.

  • Divide into 4–6 pieces and roll into ¼-inch thick rounds.

  • Heat a skillet over medium. Cook each round for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and puffed.

  • Brush with butter or oil if desired. Serve warm.
