  • 2 tbsp olive oil (divided)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 3/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • Optional: lemon wedges, fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Pat chicken dry and pound to even thickness.

  3. Mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  4. Rub chicken with olive oil and season evenly.

  5. Heat 1 tbsp oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high.
