6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
1/2 cup hot honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.
Pat chicken dry and place skin-side up on the sheet.
Drizzle with oil and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Roast for 35–45 minutes until golden and cooked to 175°F internally.
While baking, combine honey, garlic, soy sauce, and vinegar in a saucepan. Simmer 3–5 minutes.
Brush warm glaze over baked chicken. Let rest 5 minutes.
Serve hot with your favorite sides.
