  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs

  • 1 ½ cups buttermilk

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper

  • Neutral oil for frying

Hot Honey Glaze:

  • ½ cup honey

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes

  • Pinch of cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Whisk buttermilk, eggs, and seasonings in a bowl. Add chicken and marinate for 2–12 hours.

  • In another dish, mix flour, cornstarch, and spices.

  • Coat chicken in flour mixture and rest for 15–20 minutes.

  • Heat oil to 350°F and fry chicken 6–8 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.

  • Warm honey, vinegar, and spices in a small pan until smooth.

  • Drizzle glaze over the chicken or serve it on the side.
