6 bone-in skinless chicken thighs
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
Pat chicken thighs dry and place in the slow cooker.
Whisk together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, vinegar, and black pepper.
Pour sauce over chicken.
