1.5 lbs boneless chicken (breasts or thighs), cut into 1-inch pieces
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp oil (neutral like canola or avocado)
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp cracked black pepper
Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
Toss chicken with salt, garlic powder, and cornstarch until evenly coated.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Add chicken in a single layer and sear 6–8 minutes, turning once.
In a separate pan, melt butter and stir in honey, lemon juice, zest, and pepper. Simmer briefly.
Pour sauce over chicken and toss to coat. Cook 1–2 minutes until glazed.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
