Tender garlic butter beef bites slow-cooked to perfection. Packed with protein, this easy dinner is rich, comforting, and perfect for meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat or sirloin chunks

  • 1½ tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 6 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp dried thyme

  • ½ tsp dried rosemary

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)

  • ½ cup low-sodium beef broth

  • Fresh parsley or chives for garnish

Instructions

  • Pat beef dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Optional: sear in skillet.

  • In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and Worcestershire.

  • Add beef to slow cooker. Pour garlic butter mixture over the top. Add broth.

  • Cover and cook on low 6–7 hours or high 3½–4 hours, until tender.

  • Stir gently before serving. Garnish with herbs and serve warm.
