Tender garlic butter beef bites slow-cooked to perfection. Packed with protein, this easy dinner is rich, comforting, and perfect for meal prep.
2 lbs beef stew meat or sirloin chunks
1½ tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried thyme
½ tsp dried rosemary
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
½ cup low-sodium beef broth
Fresh parsley or chives for garnish
Pat beef dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Optional: sear in skillet.
In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and Worcestershire.
Add beef to slow cooker. Pour garlic butter mixture over the top. Add broth.
Cover and cook on low 6–7 hours or high 3½–4 hours, until tender.
Stir gently before serving. Garnish with herbs and serve warm.
