Tender garlic butter beef bites slow-cooked to perfection in a rich, savory sauce. High in protein, easy to make, and perfect for meal prep or weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 23 lbs beef chuck roast, cubed

  • 6 garlic cloves, minced

  • ½ cup beef broth

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (plus 12 tbsp optional)

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)

Instructions

  • Season beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika.

  • Optional: Sear beef in a hot skillet until browned.

  • Place beef in slow cooker. Add garlic, broth, butter, and herbs.

  • Cook on LOW 6–7 hrs or HIGH 3–4 hrs, until fork-tender.

  • Stir gently and finish with more butter, lemon juice, or Parmesan if desired.

  • Serve hot over mashed cauliflower, rice, or vegetables.
