These slow cooker garlic butter beef bites are melt-in-your-mouth tender, protein-rich, and perfect for easy dinners. Flavored with garlic, herbs, and a velvety butter sauce.
2 lbs chuck roast or sirloin, cut into 1½-inch cubes
½ cup unsalted butter
6 garlic cloves, minced
¾ cup beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1½ tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Optional: 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water for thickening
Season beef with salt and pepper. Optional: Sear in a hot skillet.
Place beef in slow cooker.
In a bowl, melt butter and mix with garlic, broth, Worcestershire, and seasoning. Pour over beef.
Cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours until tender.
Optional: Stir in cornstarch slurry during the last 30 mins to thicken sauce.
Serve hot with your favorite sides.
