These slow cooker garlic butter beef bites are melt-in-your-mouth tender, protein-rich, and perfect for easy dinners. Flavored with garlic, herbs, and a velvety butter sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chuck roast or sirloin, cut into -inch cubes

  • ½ cup unsalted butter

  • 6 garlic cloves, minced

  • ¾ cup beef broth

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1½ tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • Optional: 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water for thickening

Instructions

  • Season beef with salt and pepper. Optional: Sear in a hot skillet.

  • Place beef in slow cooker.

  • In a bowl, melt butter and mix with garlic, broth, Worcestershire, and seasoning. Pour over beef.

  • Cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours until tender.

  • Optional: Stir in cornstarch slurry during the last 30 mins to thicken sauce.

  • Serve hot with your favorite sides.
