3–4 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 ½ sleeves Ritz crackers (about 40 crackers), crushed
6 tablespoons butter, melted
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix chicken, soup, sour cream, and seasonings.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the baking dish.
In another bowl, combine crushed crackers with melted butter.
Sprinkle cracker topping over the chicken mixture.
