34 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 ½ sleeves Ritz crackers (about 40 crackers), crushed
6 tablespoons butter, melted
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • In a large bowl, mix chicken, soup, sour cream, and seasonings.

  • Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the baking dish.

  • In another bowl, combine crushed crackers with melted butter.

  • Sprinkle cracker topping over the chicken mixture.
