A gluten-free twist on garlic pizza bread with gooey mozzarella, golden garlic oil, and a soft yet crisp crust — perfect for dipping or sharing.
1 ball gluten-free pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
3 tbsp olive oil
3–4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)
½ tsp sea salt
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Let dough rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Roll dough into a ½-inch thick rectangle.
In a saucepan, heat olive oil and garlic until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in seasoning and salt.
Brush dough with garlic oil. Top with cheeses.
Bake 15–18 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
Cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and slice to serve.
