A gluten-free twist on garlic pizza bread with gooey mozzarella, golden garlic oil, and a soft yet crisp crust — perfect for dipping or sharing.

Ingredients

  • 1 ball gluten-free pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 34 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)

  • ½ tsp sea salt

  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Let dough rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.

  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

  • Roll dough into a ½-inch thick rectangle.

  • In a saucepan, heat olive oil and garlic until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in seasoning and salt.

  • Brush dough with garlic oil. Top with cheeses.

  • Bake 15–18 minutes, until golden and bubbly.

  • Cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and slice to serve.
