  • 4 pork chops (boneless or bone-in, about 1 inch thick)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 tbsp butter (divided)

  • 34 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)

  • 2 sprigs thyme or rosemary (optional)

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat pork chops dry; season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

  2. Heat oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Sear pork chops for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (145°F).

  4. Add remaining butter, garlic, and herbs; baste for 1–2 minutes.

  5. Rest 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and drizzle with garlic butter before serving.
