Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless pork chops (1 inches thick)

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • ½ tsp paprika (optional)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, divided

  • 3 garlic cloves, smashed

  • 3 sprigs fresh thyme or rosemary

  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley or lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Pat pork chops dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.

  2. Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Sear pork chops 4–5 minutes on the first side until golden. Flip and cook 3–4 minutes more.
