6 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
1/2 cup light or dark brown sugar
4 garlic cloves finely minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley optional
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels and place skin side up in a baking dish.
In a bowl combine brown sugar garlic olive oil soy sauce vinegar paprika pepper and salt until blended.
Spoon mixture evenly over each chicken thigh.
