  2. Knead until smooth, 3–5 minutes.

  3. Roll between parchment sheets to ⅛ inch thickness.

  4. Slice into noodles with a knife or cutter.

  5. Boil for 1–2 minutes until translucent. Rinse with cold water and serve.
