A rich, creamy taco-inspired casserole loaded with seasoned shredded chicken, ranch and taco spices, melty cheese, and a crunchy topping of Cool Ranch Doritos.

Ingredients

3 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 packet ranch seasoning
1 packet taco seasoning
1 1/4 cups sour cream (optional)
2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
3 cups Cool Ranch Doritos, crushed
Optional toppings: green onions, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • In a large bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and taco seasoning.

  • Stir in 1 cup cheese and sour cream, if using.

  • Add a layer of crushed Doritos to the baking dish.

  • Spread half the chicken mixture over the chips and top with cheese.

  • Repeat layers, ending with more Doritos and remaining cheese.

  • Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.

  • Remove foil and bake 10–15 minutes longer until bubbly.

  • Let cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.
