  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, pounded thin

  • Salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder

  • ½ cup flour

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • ¼ cup grated parmesan

  • 2 brioche buns or ciabatta rolls

  • 1 cup romaine, chopped

  • ¼ cup Caesar dressing

  • ¼ cup shaved parmesan

  • Optional: chili oil, fig jam,, avocado

Instructions

  • Season chicken and dredge in flour, egg, and parmesan-panko mix.

  • Pan-fry or air-fry until golden and cooked through.

  • Toast buns in a skillet.

  • Toss romaine with Caesar dressing and parmesan.

  • Assemble: bun, Caesar slaw, chicken, extras, top bun. Serve hot.
