2 boneless chicken breasts, pounded thin
Salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder
½ cup flour
1 egg, beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
¼ cup grated parmesan
2 brioche buns or ciabatta rolls
1 cup romaine, chopped
¼ cup Caesar dressing
¼ cup shaved parmesan
Optional: chili oil, fig jam,, avocado
Season chicken and dredge in flour, egg, and parmesan-panko mix.
