Golden, crispy wraps filled with savory chicken and melty cheese — these air fryer wraps are fast, flavorful, and endlessly customizable for any mealtime.
2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or chopped)
1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
4 large flour tortillas
4 tbsp ranch, chipotle mayo, or sour cream (optional)
2 tbsp green onions, peppers, or bacon bits (optional)
Cooking spray or light oil
Combine chicken, cheese, and any extras in a bowl.
Warm tortillas in the microwave under a damp towel for 20 seconds.
Spoon about ⅔ cup of filling into each tortilla. Fold sides, then roll tightly.
Secure with toothpicks if needed; place seam-side down.
Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
Spray wraps with oil and cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway.
