Tender pan-seared chicken simmered in a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce. A one-skillet comfort food dinner that’s rich, flavorful, and ready in under 40 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless chicken breasts (or 4 small), halved

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 2 tbsp olive oil and/or butter

  • 56 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Optional: 1/2 tsp paprika, chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika (if using).

  • Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in skillet. Sear chicken 4–5 mins per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  • In same pan, add remaining butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (30–60 seconds).

  • Add cream, broth, and Parmesan. Simmer 4–5 minutes until slightly thickened.

  • Return chicken to pan. Simmer 3–5 minutes more. Spoon sauce over top.

  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot with your favorite sides.
