2 large boneless chicken breasts (or 4 small), halved
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil and/or butter
5–6 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Optional: 1/2 tsp paprika, chopped parsley for garnish
Season chicken with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika (if using).
Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in skillet. Sear chicken 4–5 mins per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In same pan, add remaining butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (30–60 seconds).
Add cream, broth, and Parmesan. Simmer 4–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Return chicken to pan. Simmer 3–5 minutes more. Spoon sauce over top.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot with your favorite sides.
