This Cranberry Pecan Goat Cheese Ball is a creamy, tangy, and festive appetizer made with goat cheese, cream cheese, dried cranberries, and toasted pecans. Easy to make ahead and perfect for holidays or parties.
8 oz goat cheese, softened
4 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup dried cranberries, chopped (divided)
½ cup chopped pecans, toasted (divided)
1–2 tsp fresh herbs (optional)
1 tsp honey or orange zest (optional)
Crackers, crostini, or veggies for serving
In a bowl, mix goat cheese, cream cheese, ¼ cup cranberries, 2 tbsp pecans, herbs, and honey/zest if using.
Shape into a ball using plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour.
Combine remaining cranberries and pecans on a plate.
Roll chilled cheese ball in the topping mixture to coat fully.
Serve with crackers, sliced fruit, or veggies.
