This Cranberry Pecan Goat Cheese Ball is a creamy, tangy, and festive appetizer made with goat cheese, cream cheese, dried cranberries, and toasted pecans. Easy to make ahead and perfect for holidays or parties.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz goat cheese, softened

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup dried cranberries, chopped (divided)

  • ½ cup chopped pecans, toasted (divided)

  • 12 tsp fresh herbs (optional)

  • 1 tsp honey or orange zest (optional)

  • Crackers, crostini, or veggies for serving

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix goat cheese, cream cheese, ¼ cup cranberries, 2 tbsp pecans, herbs, and honey/zest if using.

  • Shape into a ball using plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour.

  • Combine remaining cranberries and pecans on a plate.

  • Roll chilled cheese ball in the topping mixture to coat fully.

  • Serve with crackers, sliced fruit, or veggies.
