Juicy, cheesy Crack Burgers loaded with bacon and ranch seasoning for a flavor-packed twist on the classic burger. Perfect for grilling or stovetop cooking.
1.5 lbs ground beef (80/20)
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 strips cooked bacon, chopped
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Optional: 2 tbsp chopped green onions
4–6 brioche or potato buns
Cook bacon until crispy. Let cool and chop finely.
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, cheddar, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and bacon.
Form into 4–6 patties with a small indent in the center of each.
Grill or pan-cook over medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes per side, or until internal temp reaches 160°F.
Toast buns lightly in skillet or grill.
Assemble burgers and top as desired.
