Juicy, cheesy Crack Burgers loaded with bacon and ranch seasoning for a flavor-packed twist on the classic burger. Perfect for grilling or stovetop cooking.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef (80/20)

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 6 strips cooked bacon, chopped

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Optional: 2 tbsp chopped green onions

  • 46 brioche or potato buns

Instructions

  • Cook bacon until crispy. Let cool and chop finely.

  • In a large bowl, mix ground beef, cheddar, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and bacon.

  • Form into 4–6 patties with a small indent in the center of each.

  • Grill or pan-cook over medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes per side, or until internal temp reaches 160°F.

  • Toast buns lightly in skillet or grill.

  • Assemble burgers and top as desired.
