Description: Crack Burgers are loaded with cheddar, bacon, and ranch seasoning mixed right into the beef—juicy, cheesy, and flavor-packed.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef (80/20)

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)

  • 2 green onions, finely chopped (optional)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 4 brioche burger buns

  • Butter for toasting buns

  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, jalapeños, ranch dressing

Instructions

  • Cook the bacon until crispy, drain, and crumble.

  • In a large bowl, combine beef, bacon, cheddar, ranch mix, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently.

  • Form into 4 patties, pressing a small dimple in the center of each.

  • Grill or pan-fry over medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes per side, until cooked through.

  • Toast buttered buns until golden.

  • Assemble burgers with desired toppings and serve immediately.
