1.5 lbs ground beef (80/20)
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)
2 green onions, finely chopped (optional)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 brioche burger buns
Butter for toasting buns
Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, jalapeños, ranch dressing
Cook the bacon until crispy, drain, and crumble.
In a large bowl, combine beef, bacon, cheddar, ranch mix, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently.
