Juicy chicken tenders coated in crushed Cool Ranch Doritos for a bold, crunchy twist on a comfort food favorite. Baked or fried, they’re crispy, flavorful, and fun to eat.
1.5 lbs boneless chicken tenders
2 cups Cool Ranch Doritos, crushed
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Neutral oil or cooking spray
Preheat oven to 400°F if baking.
Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
Prepare three bowls: one with flour (and optional spices), one with beaten eggs, and one with crushed Doritos.
Dredge each tender in flour, dip in egg, then coat thoroughly with Doritos.
For baking: Place on a wire rack over a baking sheet, spray lightly, and bake 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway.
For frying: Heat oil in skillet over medium. Cook tenders 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Let rest briefly before serving.
