3 cups cooked diced chicken
12 ounces wide egg noodles
1 can 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
4 ounces cream cheese softened
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup finely diced onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup crushed buttery crackers
3 tablespoons melted butter
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook egg noodles until al dente, drain, and set aside.
In a large bowl mix soup, sour cream, cream cheese, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Stir in chicken, cheddar cheese, and cooked noodles.
Spread mixture evenly in prepared dish.
