1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped bell pepper
12 oz cooked chicken sausage, sliced
8 large eggs
1/2 cup whole milk or half-and-half
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans (8 oz each) crescent roll dough
Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Sauté onions and bell peppers in olive oil until softened.
Brown chicken sausage in the same skillet.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Unroll one can of dough into the dish, pressing to cover the bottom.
Layer sausage and veggies on top.
Pour egg mixture evenly over filling.
