1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped bell pepper
12 oz cooked chicken sausage, sliced
8 large eggs
1/2 cup whole milk or half-and-half
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans (8 oz each) crescent roll dough

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • Sauté onions and bell peppers in olive oil until softened.

  • Brown chicken sausage in the same skillet.

  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

  • Unroll one can of dough into the dish, pressing to cover the bottom.

  • Layer sausage and veggies on top.

  • Pour egg mixture evenly over filling.

  • Sprinkle cheese across the surface.

  • Top with remaining dough.
