2 cups cooked shredded chicken
3 cups frozen shredded hash browns
8 large eggs
1 cup whole milk or half-and-half
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Sauté onion and garlic in butter until soft, then cool slightly.
Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika in a large bowl.
Add chicken, 1½ cups cheese, sautéed aromatics, and hash browns.
Pour into dish and top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 40–45 minutes until set and golden.
