Easy and satisfying Chicken & Egg Breakfast Biscuit Sliders made with crunchy chicken, fluffy scrambled eggs, melted cheese, and golden biscuits. Great for brunch or on-the-go mornings.

Ingredients

1 lb boneless chicken breasts or thighs
1/2 cup flour or breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp oil
6 large eggs
2 tbsp milk or cream
2 tbsp butter (divided)
6 large biscuits
6 slices cheese (cheddar, American, or pepper jack)

Instructions

  • Season chicken and coat lightly with flour or breadcrumbs.

  • Fry in a skillet over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

  • Bake biscuits at 375°F until golden. Cool slightly and slice in half.

  • Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Cook in buttered skillet over low heat until just set.

  • Layer chicken, eggs, and cheese on biscuit bottoms. Top with remaining halves.

  • Optional: Warm sliders in a low oven to melt cheese.

  • Brush tops with melted butter before serving.
