Soft, buttery garlic rolls filled with melted cheese and brushed with herby garlic butter. Perfect side or snack for any occasion.
3 cups all-purpose flour
2¼ tsp instant yeast
1 cup warm milk or water
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
1 cup shredded mozzarella (or cubes)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
4 tbsp butter, melted
2–3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Combine warm liquid, yeast, sugar, oil, and flour. Mix and knead until smooth.
Let rise in greased bowl for 1 hour.
Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley for garlic butter.
Divide dough into 12 balls. Stuff each with mozzarella and form tight rolls.
Place in greased baking dish. Let rise 20–30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375°F.
Brush with garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake 18–22 minutes.
Brush again after baking. Serve warm.
