Soft, buttery garlic rolls filled with melted cheese and brushed with herby garlic butter. Perfect side or snack for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2¼ tsp instant yeast

  • 1 cup warm milk or water

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella (or cubes)

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan

  • 4 tbsp butter, melted

  • 23 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Combine warm liquid, yeast, sugar, oil, and flour. Mix and knead until smooth.

  • Let rise in greased bowl for 1 hour.

  • Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley for garlic butter.

  • Divide dough into 12 balls. Stuff each with mozzarella and form tight rolls.

  • Place in greased baking dish. Let rise 20–30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  • Brush with garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake 18–22 minutes.

  • Brush again after baking. Serve warm.
