Fluffy rolls stuffed with melty cheese and brushed with garlicky butter — perfect for any meal or gathering.

  • For Dough:

    • 2 ¼ tsp instant yeast

    • ¾ cup warm milk

    • 1 tbsp sugar

    • 2 cups all-purpose flour

    • ½ tsp salt

    • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • For Garlic Butter & Filling:

    • 4 tbsp unsalted butter

    • 3 cloves garlic, minced

    • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

    • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

    • Optional: fresh parsley, red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let foam (5 minutes).

  • Add flour, salt, and oil. Knead until smooth (8 minutes). Let rise 1 hour.

  • Roll dough into a rectangle. Brush with garlic butter and sprinkle with cheese.

  • Roll up and slice into 10–12 pieces. Place in greased dish.

  • Let rise 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  • Bake 20–25 minutes until golden.

  • Brush with more garlic butter. Garnish and serve warm.
