Fluffy rolls stuffed with melty cheese and brushed with garlicky butter — perfect for any meal or gathering.
For Dough:
2 ¼ tsp instant yeast
¾ cup warm milk
1 tbsp sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
For Garlic Butter & Filling:
4 tbsp unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
Optional: fresh parsley, red pepper flakes
Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let foam (5 minutes).
Add flour, salt, and oil. Knead until smooth (8 minutes). Let rise 1 hour.
Roll dough into a rectangle. Brush with garlic butter and sprinkle with cheese.
Roll up and slice into 10–12 pieces. Place in greased dish.
Let rise 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375°F.
Bake 20–25 minutes until golden.
Brush with more garlic butter. Garnish and serve warm.
