1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
4 large flour tortillas
1½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheese blend
½ cup mayonnaise
2 garlic cloves (roasted or minced)
1 tbsp lemon juice
Optional: spinach, tomato, red onion, jalapeños
Season and cook chicken in a skillet until golden and cooked through. Slice or shred.
In a bowl, mix mayo, garlic, and lemon juice to make garlic sauce.
