1 lb boneless chicken breast or thighs, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
4 large flour tortillas
1½ cups shredded mozzarella (or cheese of choice)
Garlic Spread:
2 tbsp mayo or softened butter
1 clove garlic, grated
Pinch of salt
1 tsp chopped parsley (optional)
Toss chicken with garlic, olive oil, and seasonings. Let marinate 15 minutes.
Sauté chicken over medium heat until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
Mix garlic spread ingredients in a small bowl.
Spread tortillas with garlic spread. Add chicken, cheese, and any optional toppings.
Fold into wraps and toast in a skillet until golden and melty.
