For the Chicken:

  • lbs chicken breasts or thighs, sliced thin

  • 34 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ¾ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper

For the Wraps:

  • 46 large flour tortillas

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar

  • ½ cup cream cheese or garlic aioli (optional)

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1 tomato, sliced

  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 avocado, sliced (optional)

  • Butter or oil for toasting

Instructions

  • Marinate chicken with garlic, oil, lemon juice, and spices for 15 minutes.

  • Sear chicken in a skillet until cooked and golden. Set aside.

  • Warm tortillas. Spread cream cheese or aioli if using.

  • Layer with cheese, chicken, lettuce, tomato, onion, and avocado.

  • Roll tightly and toast in a skillet until golden and crispy on both sides.

  • Slice and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
