Crispy, golden wraps filled with garlicky chicken, melted cheese, and fresh veggies — perfect for lunches, dinners, or quick handheld meals.
For the Chicken:
1½ lbs chicken breasts or thighs, sliced thin
3–4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
1 tsp paprika
¾ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper
For the Wraps:
4–6 large flour tortillas
2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar
½ cup cream cheese or garlic aioli (optional)
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 tomato, sliced
½ red onion, thinly sliced
1 avocado, sliced (optional)
Butter or oil for toasting
Marinate chicken with garlic, oil, lemon juice, and spices for 15 minutes.
Sear chicken in a skillet until cooked and golden. Set aside.
Warm tortillas. Spread cream cheese or aioli if using.
Layer with cheese, chicken, lettuce, tomato, onion, and avocado.
Roll tightly and toast in a skillet until golden and crispy on both sides.
Slice and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
