1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon dried Italian-style herbs
4 large flour tortillas
Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and stir briefly until fragrant.
Add chicken, season, and cook until tender and fully done.
Lower heat, add cheese, and cover until melted.
Warm tortillas and fill with chicken mixture.
Roll tightly and, if desired, warm briefly in a skillet.
