Warm, crispy wraps filled with garlicky chicken, melty cheese, and optional creamy aioli. A quick and satisfying meal for lunch, dinner, or snacks.
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced (or ½ tsp garlic powder)
2 tbsp cream cheese or garlic aioli (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
4 large flour tortillas
1 tbsp butter or olive oil, for toasting
2 tbsp chopped parsley or chives (optional)
In a bowl, mix chicken, cheese, garlic, cream cheese (if using), herbs, salt, and pepper.
Spread mixture down the center of each tortilla. Fold in sides, then roll up tightly.
Brush outside of wraps with butter or oil.
Toast in a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and crisp.
Let rest for 1 minute, then slice and serve warm.
