A savory biscuit breakfast ring filled with creamy chicken and melted cheese. Perfect for brunch, holidays, or hearty mornings when you want something filling and shareable.

Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 (16 oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough
2 green onions, finely sliced
2 large eggs (one for filling, one for egg wash)
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Optional: cooked bacon bits, hot sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.

  • Mix chicken, cream cheese, 1 cup cheddar, green onions, one egg, and seasonings in a large bowl.

  • Flatten biscuits into 4-inch rounds. Arrange in a ring shape on the baking sheet.

  • Add chicken mixture in a circle over the dough.

  • Fold outer edges over the filling and tuck underneath.

  • Brush with egg wash and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

  • Bake 20–25 minutes, until golden and bubbly.

  • Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
