3 cups cooked shredded chicken
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup milk
1 packet ranch seasoning
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6–8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook bacon until crispy, drain, and crumble.
In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, milk, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
Stir in chicken, cheddar cheese, and most of the bacon.
Cut biscuits into quarters and gently fold into the mixture.
Spread in the baking dish and top with remaining bacon and cheese.
